Tickets for Maroon 5 in Edmonton on sale May 27
One good reason to catch these guys? It might be your last chance.
Maroon 5, lead by lothario-like frontman Adam Levine, play Rexall Place Sept. 10. Tickets go on sale via Ticketmaster on Friday, May 27.
The soul-pop artists, noted for hits This Love, Sunday Morning and Wake Up Call, have sold millions of albums. But Levine told Rolling Stone he might retire after one more ….before they released their latest, Hands All Over.
“Eventually I want to focus on being a completely different person because I don’t know if I want to do this into my 40s and 50s and beyond, like the Rolling Stones,” he said.
Hmmm….perhaps there’s more to Levine’s judgi….er, coaching gig on new T.V. show The Voice than first appears. Mayhap there’s a little more TV In lip-locking Levine’s future. A lil’ Matt and Katie sidekick action, maybe? Maybe something hipper, like a recurring guest shot on Men of a Certain Age?
Let’s hope not. Their pop-rock-soul schtick makes our tummies warm and we shamefully look forward to seeing whom Levine will kiss next in a video.
Maroon 5 will be joined by Train, of Drops of Jupiter and Hey Soul Sister fame, along with folk-rock songwriter Matt Nathanson.
